Abra Live In L.A. Video (9/30/2023)

Last September, I saw one of my most listened to singers live at one of the coolest events in Los Angeles. Abra makes beautiful music that makes me feel like I’ve been teleported a few decades back in time. Lyrically, she’s one of the most brilliant artists today. I hope that she gets her proper shine sooner than later. I’ve decided to put some of the clips I captured from that performance into a video of the performance. I hope that any Abra fans that come along can appreciate the find, as it’s rare that she performs. Enjoy!

TiDUS Tour 2024 (NY & UK Shows)

Tidus is no stranger to this site. In fact, he has been one of my most frequently shared artists, as he’s one of my favorites to listen to. He is also a dear friend for a decade now. I had the honor of seeing him play his first live show in Los Angeles back in 2022. While he has played his earliest instrumentals for a Los Angeles crowd back in the Low End Theory days, it was his first official show as a performer. I had been waiting to catch this man live since I met him, so it was a treat to be able to finally take in the…

    ON GODDESS TIME Playlist

π˜–π˜• π˜Žπ˜–π˜‹π˜‹π˜Œπ˜šπ˜š π˜›π˜π˜”π˜Œ is a playlist that I began a few weeks ago while in a deeply satisfying self-care mode. I made this curation specifically for women to play as they tap into their inner goddess energies, however that might look and feel for them. It covers multiple spectrums of femininity, and specifically invokes the awakening feminine spirit. Delving into my true femininity as empowerment has become an important part of my life and practices, and I hope every woman who comes across this playlist will share it with another woman they appreciate. All of the women on this list are spiritually inclined to some degree (as expressed in song)…

NEW NOSTALGIA: When It Feels Like 90’s R&B Playlist

𝙉𝙀𝙒 π™‰π™Šπ™Žπ™π˜Όπ™‡π™‚π™„π˜Ό: 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐𝘡 𝘍𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 π˜“π˜ͺ𝘬𝘦 𝟫𝟒𝘴 π˜™&π˜‰ is a playlist I began this week, after noticing elements of sounds that were popularized during the 90s within the latest upcoming r&b music. As the ultimate 90s kid and r&b junkie that I am, I LOVE it when it’s done right. I will be updating this list weekly as I discover more and recall some of my recent favorites. It’s available on Apple Music and Spotify. Enjoy and share it with your friends. Cover Art byΒ StellarFaerie music.apple.com/profile/StellarFaerie spotify.com/user/StellarFaerie

    TiDUS – Not Sorry (Visual)

A year since teasing a clip on Instagram, Tidus has finally released his song β€œNot Sorry” to the world. The song was first featured in the independent film Canal Street, led by great actors like Bryshere Gray (Empire) and Mekhi Phifer. It can now be streamed everywhere, and Tidus has made a visual to complement it. The etheric beauty of “Not Sorry” speaks for itself. I enjoy his enchanting vocals on this one. Being that this is the third of three single releases the musician has released this year, and one of many he has recently previewed online, we can expect more from Tidus throughout the year. His full project…

Crystals, Plants, and Why You Should Care About EMF

With the growth in popularity of aesthetics that have become associated with spirituality concepts, the idea of crystals being more than pretty decorative objects might be cliche. I am one who firmly believes in the energy of nature-created crystals, since the moment I was given one to hold by a friend, back in 2014. I’ll always remember how awed I was being able to feel the gentle vibration emitting from the rose quartz stone. I immediately had to get one for myself. I learned the properties of the different stones and found certain ones that resonate with me. On my journey to healing energetically and emotionally, having stones around has…

    SINKING IN Playlist

SINKING IN Playlist is all about allowing oneself to relax. During our time quarantining, there have been many threats to our mental, emotional, and physical health. I notice that many people are experiencing anxiety through the roof. There have been several moments when I found myself almost being influenced to fall into a fearful mindstate, but I refuse to be hopeless and to allow circumstances that are out of my power to lower my vibration. Now is the time to raise ourselves into higher states by reconnecting with our true nondistracted selves. Be alone. Go within. That is the basis of this beautiful mix, featuring different types of music that…

    LOW-KEY R&B GEMS (2000-2010 Edition) Playlist

LOW-KEY R&B GEMS Playlist was actually supposed to be a megamix that I was going drop last year, but technical issues derailed my plans for that. There are two decades worth of R&B/Urban Pop music that I always felt to be heavily slept on by the masses, regardless of a few of these artists actually being popular at the time. Other artists that I feature on the playlist are not heard from at all today, while some never were. That is the basis of this curation. Since I turned 10, I loved going to the music store or to Target to buy CDs and listen to music from artists that…

TiDUS – Hear Us Clearly (Visual)

Following up on his first single release of 2020, Tidus unveils his song β€œHear Us Clearly”, along with a visual. This has come at a moment when his overall message is needed, perhaps more than ever. The state of the world is in an unsure place, but Tidus consistently speaks on the power of belief in oneself. In this particular song, he states that it is time for those with love and truth in their hearts to lead the way. As beautiful and flowy as the song is, I see it as also being a call to action for the listener. It is time to be in alignment with who…

    SOUL TIES Playlist

SOUL TIES playlist was inspired while I was listening to several songs that have a beautifully nostalgic 80s-electronic-r&b vibe to them but were actually released between now and the early 2000s. This is another playlist that I am taking my time with building. There are some songs that aren’t available to stream which I will eventually add to a mix version of this playlist later this year. I hope everyone that comes across it enjoys and that it takes them to a dreamy place like it does for me. Yes, that is Prince and his soulmate Denise “Vanity” Matthews on the cover. R.I.P. to them both. Follow me on Apple…
