SOUL TIES playlist was inspired while I was listening to several songs that have a beautifully nostalgic 80s-electronic-r&b vibe to them but were actually released between now and the early 2000s. This is another playlist that I am taking my time with building. There are some songs that aren’t available to stream which I will eventually add to a mix version of this playlist later this year. As a true r&b/soul music junkie, it is not easy to find NEW songs about genuine romantic love between two people. These days, we are stuck with basic club and sex anthems, with the occasional heartbroken melody breaking through the airwaves.
